Director of Human ResourcesMena Regional Health System is seeking a Director of Human Resources. This position is accountable for the functional implementation and maintenance of the Human Resources Policies & Procedures, compensation and benefits, HR compliance programs, new hires and more. This person should be self-motivated and disciplined in work habits with three to five years experience in Human Resources or management. Excellent verbal/written communication and public speaking skills. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and establish effective relationships with staff co-workers. Ability to maintain accurate records and to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence and other written materials. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience. Medical TechnologistAt the direction and control of the Lab Manager/Lab Director, the Medical Technologist will perform a variety of specimen analysis in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood bank, urinalysis, serology, and bacteriological testing and related procedures and duties to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, following established standards and practices. Analyze results of testing. Interpret abnormal and unusual results and check accuracy of such results. Record and report testing results. Immediately call critical values to appropriate patient care personnel. Assist in orientation and training of students and new staff.

Applies techniques used in fields of Bacteriology, Blood Bank, Chemistry and Urinalysis, Hematology and Coagulation, and Serology. Comply with all Health and Safety, Laboratory policies and protocol, Federal or state regulations, and Human Resources policies and procedures. Perform other duties as directed/required. Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and on-call hours.

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or Chemistry, or related degree [or foreign equivalent]. 1 Year Experience Required as Medical Technologist or related occupations. Related Occupations: Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Applicant must be ASCP certified.
Radiology Tech- On Call/ PRNAt the direction and control of the Director of Radiology the Certified Staff Radiographer will provide technical skills in radiology and fluoroscopy.
Must be a registered Technologist with the with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and is registered (in CT) with ARRT.
